Paraquad
Independent living center offering advocacy, skills training, peer support, and home modification services for people with disabilities in the St. Louis region.
Disability Resource Association
Provides independent living services, assistive technology demonstrations, and community integration support across Jefferson County and surrounding areas.
St. Louis Arc
Supports people with intellectual and developmental disabilities through residential, employment, and community inclusion programs across the St. Louis metro.
Missouri Assistive Technology
State program offering device demonstrations, short-term loans, and funding assistance to help Missourians access assistive technology at home, work, and school.
Center for Head Injury Services
Provides rehabilitation, case management, and community re-entry support for survivors of traumatic brain injury and their families in Missouri.
St. Louis Center for Independent Living
Peer-led center empowering people with all types of disabilities through advocacy, skills training, transition services, and systems change work.
NFB of Missouri — St. Louis Chapter
National Federation of the Blind chapter providing peer mentorship, advocacy, and resources for blind and low-vision residents of the St. Louis area.

Volunteers of America Missouri
Provides accessible housing, transportation assistance, and supportive services for seniors and people with disabilities throughout Missouri.
Paratransit & Accessible Transportation
Specialized transportation for people with disabilities who cannot use fixed-route transit.
Metro Call-A-Ride
ADA-mandated paratransit service for people who cannot use fixed-route MetroBus or MetroLink due to a disability. Provides door-to-door shared-ride service within 3/4 mile of a fixed route.
Eligibility: Must apply and be certified as ADA paratransit eligible. Applications available at Metro Transit offices.
Twice the base fixed-route fare (currently $2.50 each way)
Service hours mirror fixed-route service. Schedule rides 1–7 days in advance.
MoRides / OATS Transit
Statewide rural and small-city transportation for seniors and people with disabilities in Missouri counties not fully served by Metro Transit.
Eligibility: Open to seniors 60+ and people with disabilities. Income guidelines may apply for some programs.
Sliding scale based on income; some trips free

St. Louis County Transit Access
Supplemental transportation program for St. Louis County residents with disabilities who need rides to medical appointments, employment, and essential services.
Eligibility: St. Louis County residents with a documented disability. Income guidelines apply.
Low-cost or free depending on program
Weekdays 8am–5pm for scheduling. Service hours vary.
Lyft Access Mode
Lyft's accessibility program connects riders who use wheelchairs or other mobility devices with WAV (wheelchair accessible vehicle) drivers in the St. Louis area.
Eligibility: Available to all riders. Request a WAV through the Lyft app.

U.S. Department of Justice — ADA Information Line
File complaints about ADA violations by state/local governments (Title II) or businesses (Title III). Also provides technical assistance and publications.
City of St. Louis ADA Coordinator
Contact for ADA complaints about City of St. Louis facilities, programs, and services — including sidewalks, parks, city buildings, and city-run events.
St. Louis County ADA Coordinator
Handles ADA complaints related to St. Louis County government facilities, programs, and services including county parks, libraries, and government buildings.
Metro Transit ADA Coordinator
For complaints about accessibility on MetroLink, MetroBus, or Call-A-Ride — including elevator outages, inaccessible stops, or service denials.
Missouri Commission on Human Rights
Investigates disability discrimination complaints under the Missouri Human Rights Act in employment, housing, and public accommodations. Can award damages and injunctive relief.
EEOC St. Louis District Office
Enforces the ADA in employment. File a charge if you've experienced disability discrimination in hiring, firing, pay, job assignments, or workplace accommodations.
